These terms govern your use of EV Match AU ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service helps compare electric and hybrid vehicles and their estimated costs in Australia. It provides general information only and is not advice — see the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Some features require an account, created by signing in with your email (a one-time link). You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Full access is a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Fees, billing period and any free tier are as shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change on notice.
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, resale or redistribution of the data, no attempts to break security or access other accounts, and no unlawful use.
All figures are estimates and may be wrong or out of date. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded; where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for the relevant period.
We may update the service or these terms. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which the service operator is based.
